ABOUT ME
Health and wellness have been at the forefront of my career since owning and running a functional fitness facility for the last decade and then more recently, having qualified as an Osteopath. Helping others live pain free, get back to sport, improve their fitness or simply enjoy their lifestyle has always been the goal and my passion. If I'm not treating, coaching or training out of CrossFit 17, I'll be with my family and 2 dogs, trying to survive the chaos of teenagers, juggling the day-to-day and trying to be a good husband!
